What do you like best? What I like most is that Kissflow have a responsive and accommodating Support group! What do you dislike? When there are errors and slow processing. Also it cannot copy or duplicate a created task or field, which is very tedious and time consuming. What do you like best? Kissflow helped our company in becoming paperless and you can follow up approvers online. What do you dislike? Kissflow can sometimes have issues with speed. It can lag at times. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to automate manual processes and we're able to analyze our processes through the "App Metrics".
