What do you like best? The configuration of new workflows, or update of existing ones, is trivial. You can integrate with other systems, so it's easy to keep information updated everywhere. What do you like best? Flexibility and the ease of use. Features added recently like "skip to" and "Send to Email" is a very good addition. What do you dislike? Some minor future upgrades that are not yet implemented. One example is multiple currency support. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paper processes. I'm trying to convert as much manual, paper process to an automated forms.
