Works for Simple Flows
What do you like best? Everyone on a project can be involved at their perspective tasks and it automatically updates them What do you dislike? Some features are confusing. If there is an error and the flow needs to be rerouted, it is easier to just restart. Can be difficult to set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing large task lists is much easier to manage and go through item by item, each with its own flow.

Kissflow helped me in organizing our Company's processes
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to edit and use. Also, I can extract data instantly which is very helpful in my reports. What do you dislike? I dislike that it does not explicitly say what errors did we incur. I would be helpful if we get a more detailed error message Recommendations to others considering the product: It is an easy to use program that turns processes digitally. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ...

Great Workflow System, but very unforgiving for changes
What do you like best? Kissflow is great for helping to keep people accountable, on task, and for preventing tasks from slipping through the cracks What do you dislike? Kissflow can be very glitchy, for instance after 9/13/19 we had a handful of our clients disappear and we're still working through those issues two months later. It is also very difficult to change workflows or add new steps, and if someone accidentally changes something in the back end it can completely mess up the ...

Kissflow
What do you like best? The UI is good and the tool is fast! The tool can do a lot. What do you dislike? Because the tool can do so much it can get quite complicated if you want to set u everything yourself. You do need the customer success team to help you with that. Most of the time they answer quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Approval flows

A good tool to make super Workflows
What do you like best? The option of configuring workflows in both series and parallel. Email triggers facility on completion of tasks, etc. A lot of features in the *Define Workflow* What do you dislike? I can't see the tasks I did prior than 3 months in my Participated tab. Also at times inside the administrator tab, the sync option does not work. This creates a huge issue for us if we have to sync some of the groups from our G Suite database. Many times the workflow ...

Great product and timely customer support
What do you like best? We have used KissFlow earlier and were happy with the product, their support since they were available all the time.Due to our business, we had to hold down the use but are looking forward to start once again from next year. What do you dislike? Being an admin of KF, never felt issues with usability What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The approval process via email for leave, finance, trip etc were all replaced ...

Easy functionality
What do you like best? The most helpful for me is that I can create an app really fast and easy. They have really good support service. They help you right away. If you don't have a clear idea about what to put in your app, that won't be a problem because Kissflow has so many apps as an example of a different processes. What do you dislike? I have had performance issues. That means that for example when a user needs to open more than 3 attachments it takes a lot of time. Also when I ...

An easy to work and versatile tool
What do you like best? The possibilities that kissflow workflow building tools offer are huge. With kissflow, you have the ability to build from simpler flows to flows that span many people and multiple teams. What do you dislike? One thing that i doesn't like in kissflow is the error system. A lot of times that you have an error in an app, kissflow doesn't say you which error is, it just say that there's an error. Recommendations to others considering the product: You need to ...

Excellent product for workflow management
What do you like best? Process flows coupled with the auto-assignment and permissions that we can assign to tickets/tasks What do you dislike? Group syncing with G-Suite does not work properly. Reassignment of tickets if enabled makes a mockery of the permissions, if disabled- even the task owner cannot reassign/delegate Recommendations to others considering the product: Cost effective solution in its segment, more or less meets all requirements, go for it. What problems are ...

An effective workflow tool
What do you like best? I like how simple it is to create logical relationship without the need to explicitly code. Some of our employees with no coding background are still able to create an app successfully through Kissflow. What do you dislike? With the increase in Kissflow usage in our company, the site is always buffering, causing delay in filling out forms and thus overall process cycle time is affected. There are also times wherein Kissflow is not responsive when progressing ...
