What do you like best? Software is easy to use, and if I ever have any questions their team is awesome about answering! What do you dislike? Nothing at all, they've never disappointed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "dropped Ball" scenarios are gone. Everyone knows where a task is in its process.

What do you like best? I do not need IT support to create and manage my workflows. What do you dislike? Some capabilities are restricting but I am hopeful that most will be addressed in the next version. What problems are you solving with the product? When we adopted KiSSFLOW, I was definitely skeptical because we had tried other tools, but still had kinks when it came to the process of moving paperwork, projects, and other business materials through approval processes, but I'm glad we gave it a shot! What do you like best? The ease of use - ability to import data readily for validation, set up of approval and flows, etc. What do you dislike? Lack of integration capabilities which require us to upload master data via excel What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Previous paper based approvals have been migrated to KiSSFlow which provides better reporting capabilities and also audit trail.
