Easy to use

What do you like best? I do not need IT support to create and manage my workflows. What do you dislike? Some capabilities are restricting but I am hopeful that most will be addressed in the next version. What problems are you solving with the product? KiSSFLOW improved the approval process immensely!

When we adopted KiSSFLOW, I was definitely skeptical because we had tried other tools, but still had kinks when it came to the process of moving paperwork, projects, and other business materials through approval processes, but I'm glad we gave it a shot! What do you like best? Being able to customize reports, permissions on the user level, groups performing approval tasks etc. The software is feature-rich and I have no real complaints. Having more excel-like functions would be a plus, as well as better lookup references for table fields. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike in the software. Simple, intuitive workflow management tool

What do you like best? The ease of use - ability to import data readily for validation, set up of approval and flows, etc. What do you dislike? Lack of integration capabilities which require us to upload master data via excel What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Previous paper based approvals have been migrated to KiSSFlow which provides better reporting capabilities and also audit trail.
