PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can report data in so many ways. It is very flexible. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It will be nice if we can do formulas in fields so we can accurately calculate our data. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? I can now fix my excel files that are too big and confusing to work on. Are you a current user of this product? Yes

Support is amazing. Wish there was a little more functionality in customizing the reports.

What do you like best? The customer service is great. The fact that it's online and it's a great price for non-profits. Great to have a full dashboard to share with colleagues. What do you dislike? I really wish I could customize things like the x and y axes for reports, change the sizing of the table cells, and basically reformat so it's easier to understand. What do you like best? I like that I was able to figure it out on my own ( for the most part) and also that I was able to quickly make changes to my Apps based on actually using them .For me this is much better than having IT decide what I need based on sometimes inaccurate understanding from their part. Easy for a non-data base user to learn!

What do you like best? I love that Kintone allows me to almost effortlessly track data. We have expanded the data tracking of our organization exponentially because of Kintone. It is VERY easy to create an app and easy to import and export data to a spreadsheet. I also LOVE that Kintone offers a Non-Profit price break. Tremendous Potential

What do you like best? Kintone allows us to easily create customized fields, headers, and layouts in a wonderful way. The automatic dashboards are awesome. What do you dislike? 1. The most serious obstacle is the limit of 500 fields with no module for expanding the number. This has dramatically hampered our ability to expand useage of Kintone to multiple clients. 2. What do you like best? The ability to report on data in many different and flexible ways. What do you dislike? I wish it had the ability to insert Excel like formulas in fields to generate results for that attribute. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good tool that is easy to use and support has be outstanding. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
