What do you like best about TrustCloud™? The tool is free. This is probably the greatest part as it leaves you free to work on obtaining a certification on your own pace, not being pushed to work because you've started using a paid service. What do you like best about TrustCloud™? We've really found the team to be attentive and caring about our process. Very different from the "pay us first" mentality that we heard from folks at Vanta. It's the same product but totally free. What do you dislike about TrustCloud™? FYI the hourly rate for the consulting services through TrustCloud isn't competitive with the agencies you introduce us to. What do you like best about TrustCloud™? It makes very easy to track compliance controls, know your current state. It reminds you in advance of maintenance tasks. Pre-built policy templates for things we didn't have in place yet. Integrations to different systems so that controls can be checked automatically instead of having to create evidence ourselves. What do you like best about TrustCloud™? Automated tests for systems through out-of-the-box integrations and mappings to compliance and security standards make it straightforward for startups and SMB to get their programs into Kintent.
