"Smooth Sales and Transition Process"
What do you like best? We are a new customer and have been very pleased with the Salesperson we worked with. We had some unique requests in terms of speaking with current customers of Kindful that we wanted to ask some very specific questions. Our Salesperson made all the necessary arrangements for us to speak with the current clients.

What do you like best? The care the customer assistant shows when I send an email with my requirements asking for help, they are quick in responding and handling the issues and make sure to get your feedback if you managed to solve it or not! they always improving and developing to match all the criteria customers look for.

What do you like best? Kindful has provided incredible customer service since my initial inquiry. Their team helped us sync with other applications and the dashboard is clearly organized and presents the most relevant information.

"Donations Improved"
What do you like best? The ability to set up different campaigns easily to reach new donors is such a gift to our Ministry. The donors have been excited about the capability of how/when they can give by using Kindful. There is an ease to set up recurring donations, which really helps our ministry have a sound foundation of donors.

What do you like best? Kindful is an innovative, full-service donor management system that lets my organization's data shine. What do you like best? Kindful has wonderful customer service. Diya is my favorite customer service rep. She recognizes that I am technologically incompetent and helps walk me through the things I don't understand. I am very appreciative that Kindful focuses on customer service that comes with a subscription to their service!

"Off To A Great Start"
What do you like best? Our organization just starting using Kindful this month, after transfering over from a system we used for 13 years. So far I love the ease of use and that all of our information is at my fingertips: donor information, donor communications, donations, easy reporting and tracking.....

Enhances our donation management processes
PROS: Our group can easily prepare donation campaign pages which is perfect for our cause. Sponsors love how they are able to donate through the platform without hassles. It helps us make repeating donations, which is essential in establishing our donors’ list.
