"Great Tool for Donor Management"

What do you like best? The most helpful component I have found for Kindful's features is the quick customer support and troubleshooting platforms. Whenever we have an issue (not too terribly often, they are quick to respond with troubleshooting help, usually in email format.) I also really love their integration with Emma and Eventbrite, two of our favorite go-to marketing tools.

What do you like best? I liked linking the ability to link contacts by connections. I liked all the data that could be added to the contacts or campaigns.

What do you like best? The intuitive design and functionality. It is very easy to train and onboard new users. With other CRMs, I would need to spend many hours with each staff member. Now, I feel very comfortable creating new users and quickly transitioning them to a full user within an hour of training. What do you like best? The platform is incredibly user friendly and allows us as an organization to pull very detailed reports on our donors.

What do you like best? Our staff has found Kindful extremely user friendly! We like the campaigns that can be created for each event or fundraiser we have.

What do you like best? Kindful is super user-friendly and great for "small shops" where manpower is limited and time is precious. The kindful experience has been great so far and the support is wonderful and always available to help.

What do you like best? Kindful has a lot of robust capabilities at an affordable price for our organization's needs. I recently spoke to our finance director about some reporting we needed to run, and she said, "Oh, we can just do that straight from Kindful? Great! We don't need to keep this separate list, then." Kindful's capabilities promote organizational efficiency.
