"So much insight"
What do you like best? As soon as we imported all of our data (with the assistance of our onboarding rep), it was clear that Kindful was going to give us so much insight into our donor database. Their system is clean, intuitive, and insightful.

"Kindful integrations simplify everything"
What do you like best? The number one reason I chose Kindful was for the automatic sync with Quickbooks Online, and I am thrilled to finally have our CRM talking to Quickbooks while I sleep!

"Kindful is a great CRM program with amazing customer service!"
What do you like best? I like Kindful because it has an amazing customer service team who are always pleasant and willing to help! As far as the software itself, I believe that it was created with the user and the nonprofit in mind--it is user friendly and allows for a simple experience or a more detailed one. I appreciate that they are constantly trying to improve the software and taking suggestions about how to move forward.
