Kickserv has vastly exceeded expectations

What do you like best? Pros: Well-thought-out Cloud-based Service Management Program, super friendly support team, QuickBooks integration, Google Maps integration, Low Cost subscription, low Credit Card processing rate through Stripe (although, they charge the same rate as CCs for debit cards--which is not quite right but rare for us anyway, consistent development and improvement, it does everything we need (with perhaps one or two small compromises and has an open API that allows us to ...

Absolutely amazing software!

What do you like best? We are a small removals business and expanding. We were struggling having to work with separate processes, spreadsheets etc. for our daily operations. Having scoured the internet for suitable software we came across Kickserv. I must admit this was a eureka moment! What do you like best? I can work anywhere!!! We give our customers typed estimates on the spot with detailed descriptions and link to product descriptions. =MORE SALES What do you dislike? It has poor built in reporting But we fixed that with their API Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a great product at a fair price.
