Very Good Service
What do you like best? The ease of scheduling and changing appointments if needed. Also Customer service has been outstanding if we have any issues. What do you dislike? Still a little glitchy but overall you can work through it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try. Make sure you take advantage of the live tutorials they offer you. Great software for any service business
What do you like best? Kickserv is very user friendly. The process for creating customers, estimates and invoices is a breeze. Scheduling jobs (and many other calendar events like employee time off is a great feature. I love the estimate approval process. The QuickBooks integration is key for us. Overall, I don't know what we'd do if Kickserv disappeared tomorrow. What do you dislike? No iOS app! (I thought there was one when I signed up and the mobile site is not near as simple as the ...

It's a little better than average.
What do you like best? The work order system is great and I like it most. What do you dislike? Changing pages and moving back and forth throughout the pages is time consuming and very dependent on internet speeds. The calendar is nightmarish when trying to link with gmail and iCal. Good but needs lead tracking
What do you like best? Scheduling Scheduling Scheduling Scheduling What do you dislike? No role thruput yield info to monitor lead closure. Need to assign leads, follow from start to closed with all lead steps for company, office, then each employee. If I could do it before with Excel, this should be able to as well. Great Product for Price Point
What do you like best? Kickserv is an inexpensive, cloud-based field service management solution that gives you a broad amount of control and customizeability for your business. As others have mentioned they do have an API that allows us to integrate it into our other software solutions, and their sync with Quickbooks has been a tremendous help. What do you like best? This software is easy to use and adapt to your individual business. There are several options for customization! We purchased this software as a way to keep estimates off the books. The software integrates directly with Quickbooks Online Plus allowing me to eliminate the double-entry I was doing previous to our purchase. What do you dislike? Kickserv is the best management software program, it is easy to learn and affordable!
What do you like best? I like the continued communication from the customer to our company without missing a beat. Being the owner of a small company (1, I am able to keep myself very organized by inputting my customer information in the database, then schedule an appointment for estimate or service. Pretty Good Software!
What do you like best? I like that the user interface of the software is really easy to use. Everything seems like it is in a place where it would make sense. I really like the way that things are organized that seem to make sense. It also is helpful to have the icons down the side when using on a mobile device. What do you dislike? Kickserv great
What do you like best? Kickserv's ability to sync with quickbooks is great. What do you dislike? Mobile app sometimes lack the functionality so I have to log into Kickserv through my phones browser Recommendations to others considering the product: Allow me to accept payments through the app through stripe What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mobile service software that would invoice and be able to accept payments through the web.

Great product, however wishing for enhancements for IT Industry scheduling and help desk ticketing.
What do you like best? The ease of scheduling jobs. Managing opportunities and sending estimates through the portal. We also like that we have the ability to share notes/attachments with the client if we desire. The QB integration works pretty smooth most of the time and customer service is usually very responsive if there are issues. What do you dislike? Our only complaint is that the program does not meet all of our needs which means we will outgrow it very soon and be forced to look at ...
