PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the easy to use interface. All the CRM features and options are placed in a sensible manner. Everything is organized nicely which makes the software easy to navigate. On mobile devices, the icons are on the side which makes them easily accessible on the small screen. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that Kickserv is so easy to use. It is simple to create invoices, estimates, and customers. I can schedule jobs, employee time off and other calendar events easily. The estimate approval process is a big benefit as is the QuickBooks integration. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I appreciate the excellent customer support they provide. The vendor listens keenly to customer feedback and constantly adds new features to improve the system. The app is very reliable as there is negligible downtime. Kickserv is a great product
