Easy peasy with Kentico
What do you like best? As a developer I like Kentico's rich set of functionality, flexibility and extensibility. It also has a very clean and intuitive user interface as well as being very easy to work with. What do you dislike? Nothing at all, or maybe the high costs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Building flexible and feature rich websites. With the MVC development model, and the online resources available for developers, ...

Best CMS Thus Far
What do you like best? The functionality and ability to customize within the system has been great within our company. What do you dislike? The learning curve was the only thing that I didn't like, but that comes with learning any new CMS system. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have quite a bit of SKU's to manage, Kentico would be a good solution that is easily manageable. They've been great partners over the past year and we're going to use them again ...

An excellent CMS
What do you like best? This software is highly customizable, and can be tuned to just about any business need. I think the ability to have content hierarchies along with categories are the biggest business value for us. This is compared to other CMS's, where everything is a flat hierarchy of different pages, maybe with related pages. The API is also super easy to use from a coding perspective. What do you dislike? It can be cumbersome to manage. Updates We have ours deployed ...

Kentico is by far the best CMS
What do you like best? Features can be extended to give more flexibility to our developers. We use forms for data entry. We convert Access applications to Kentico. Kentico is a greate CMS to enter content by non developers. We like it's marketing automation and A/B testing. it allows us to reache the right people the right way. It's compatible with our developers that use Csharp as the mains language for developments. What do you dislike? The new pricing options. There is no ...

Easy to use, powerful to program
What do you like best? The ease at which our developers can build and add onto the website designs, with widgets, web parts, integration with 3rd party solutions, and more, which allows us to build a stable and creative looking website for all our stakeholders to use. What do you dislike? We have older versions of Kentico, like 8,10 and 11 0 that is no longer supported by yourselves. Not all companies can upgrade their Kentico version easily, so the lack of support for a customer who ...

Platform of choice
What do you like best? As a developer what I like best about Kentico is the constant improvements and support for new industry trends. Kentico isn't on the cutting edge, they tend to let things prove to be useful, but then they move to support them. Because of the changes they are always making, having one of the best documentation i have ever used is helpful. Their support team has always been helpful in trying to solve any issues. I think they have the best support I have used out of ...

Kentico handles big page count sites with ease
What do you like best? We use Kentico 12 Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern and I love how it is able to create content widgets that we can use in several places without reconfiguring the content like you have to to the portal version. K12 is easy to learn and was a great upgrade from the K9 version we were usig previously. What do you dislike? It is not a dislike but it does take time to learn the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern as it is far more ...

A complex CMS with some good benefits
What do you like best? The functionality of this system is pretty good and it has great potential to be able to do more - email marketing, lead scoring, customer profiling etc. It’s easy to move things about and find what you’re looking for. Once you get to grips with it, I think it's a really good system and once we get more involved with the additional features, will be a great asset. What do you dislike? We have the MVC version which doesn’t have a lot of the features it promises ...

CMS with lots of features
What do you like best? The features for Marketing that are out of the box. Language capabilities User management What do you dislike? We have struggled with the learning curve with content contributors learning the site. Training can be more technical than they will get. It can really do everything, and continues to be the best to develop in
What do you like best? I love Kenticos easy development system in it's Custom modules, we have been able to make complex systems that customers can easily manage. The API is stellar and the new MVc page builder has made making wysiwyg interfaces for editors simple, clean and easy. What do you dislike? Only thing is Kentico is moving out of the lower cost s&b market so it's becoming not an option price wise for smaller clients What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
