CMS for all your business needs

What do you like best? The system is easy to use and navigate. Support is always available and responds quickly to all type of inquiries. The admin area allows global administrators to fully control the experience for all uses and how each website is structured. What do you dislike? Its difficult to work in the admin area while on a mobile device. The admin area should be more responsive even if there is limited functionality in the mobile mode Recommendations to others considering ...

A Brief Review in the world of Kentico development

What do you like best? I consider the most invaluable aspect of the kentico environment, the ability for content editors to quickly upload and lay out page content, without the need for professional developers. I also like the rich features such as web parts, widgets and predefined templates, making it very easy for developers to establish a base line website very quickly. What do you dislike? My biggest dislike or pet hate is that there are so many ways to approach problems in the ...

Kentico 11 does what we need it to do

What do you like best? It works! The interface allows you to move around efficiently. It is easy for content editors to use. It is fast. What do you dislike? Lack of bulk utilities, like bulk deletion of pages, bulk inserting of files etc... Sometimes the interface gets hung up with all the windows that can open up during an insert or edit phase. Also, the naming convention in the UI is odd. Sometimes you have to Save an item and then it a button called Cancel to close the ...

What do you like best? The API has been improved with more diversity included to do what's needed with no hassle What do you dislike? Would like to have a better search function What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a benefit to have a sophisticated platform that is diverse enough to customize solutions for users upon request.

Kentico EMS - Taking Visitors from Interested to Involved

What do you like best? Currently, I manage and train 97 Content Editors and 75 Content Contributors in Kentico - so they are able to update their websites. I was able to create small tutorials to take users through each stage and even walk them through how to make changes over the phone. The ease of use for our content editors really makes a difference and allows me to have more free time to tend to other tasks. I also appreciate the ease that I am able to create a user profile & set ...

User Friendly CMS!

What do you like best? The ease of use, less training, ability to customize and out of box features available, customer support is what makes the tool unique from other competitors in this space. It takes very less time to train a new developer or on board a content contributor. It is very flexible to extend and customize the product. The support is always available. The amount of out of box widgets available are sufficient for us to get going. It takes very development time for us to ...

Nice CMS, but could use improvements.

What do you like best? Kentico is a solid CMS with many features. What do you dislike? I dislike how the media libraries work and some other quirks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for our corporate intranet.

Slick, Stable, Easy to Use

What do you like best? Kentico is very easy to use. The menus are intuitive, the interface is easy, and everything works smoothly. I've worked with a number of other CMS's (Wordpress, Umbraco) and I like Kentico above others. It's also very secure and is updated very often, which is a huge plus for us as a financial institution. Their customer support is responsive and has always been helpful. What do you dislike? The built in "analytics" is really an afterthought. There are a lot of ...

What do you like best? We use Kentico with our clients to help them deliver contextual marketing and content experiences to their customers, cultivating customer loyalty and ultimately driving value back for the business. We also use Kentico's experience management and analytics platforms to understand how users are interacting with our websites so we can learn and tailor experiences according to each person's needs. What do you dislike? You need to have a strong Kentico certified ...

Developer Review

What do you like best? Support has always been excellent and timely. They have been making strides in getting things adjusted to a more robust MVC setup and of course the integration with existing Microsoft technologies is a plus. There are not many CMS to choose from that are built on the .Net framework. What do you dislike? They are in a middle of a transition period from classic web forms to MVC. There are numerous areas that had to be left behind or rebuilt to accommodate the MVC ...
