A Small business view on Kentico 7
What do you like best? The finished product looks great, the system has a huge amount of power and endless possibilities all in one place. What do you dislike? There are no step by step process. Different pieces are not always easy to understand or find. User documentation is limited. Access to external reference Videos/Blogs/How to guides is rare at best. A lot of the things you either need to pay an expert to do or find out by trial and error. Recommendations to others ...

A positive, straightforward system for the non-techie web editor
What do you like best? The simplicity of the system and the ability to preview pages before going live. The ease of creating new pages etc. What do you dislike? Having to upload images individually. Would be good if there was a clean way to bulk import imagery. Sometimes can be a bit awkward with formatting, but I cannot 100% say that it is the actually the fault of the product: as a school we work behind strict firewalls and our IT system is managed by an external company so there ...

Kentico CMS - Good All Round Solution!
What do you like best? Kentico is a very user-friendly CMS for day-to-day management of a medium-large site. It has allowed us to customise our site without heavy reliance on developers and it provides us with the flexibility to ensure visitors to our site have the best possible experience. There are a number of additional tools which can be enabled to provide functionality such as newsletters, forums, multi-language support etc if required which is also useful, although some of these ...

Fantastic product, totally fit for my purpose.
What do you like best? This management system is straightforward to use, extremely fit for purpose and very dynamic. Happily I don't need to have a host of IT degrees to enable me to understand how to use this product. Kentico provides me with a 'one stop shop' information source that services a number of different end users seamlessly. It bring together the information I input and outputs it in a way that I would never have the time to construct in so many different platforms. It ...

Kentico the easy to use CMS
What do you like best? Easy to use interface with a lot of detailed documentation. What do you dislike? Intranet is not mobile friendly and has fallen behind the rest of the product suite. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good price point with great feature set. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a content managed website that can be updated by multiple users.

Great CMS for Medium and Enterprise Organizations
What do you like best? I originally found Kentico while attending certification for SiteCore in an attempt to find a new CMS for my organization. A partner of Kentico told me to check it out. When I did I found the best parts of SiteCore that made me think of choosing this CMS in Kentico along with a great host of features I would NOT have to build myself such as an Ecommerce suite. I have since built 4 sites in Kentico and it is my go to CMS for many of my consulting cases I do outside ...

Robust CMS solution for businesses of every size
What do you like best? What I like best about Kentico is that as a product, we have confidence that when new set of features are integrated into the latest release of the platform, that they will work seamlessly without customisation with the other aspects of the content management system. The Kentico support team is second to none. What do you dislike? Because the platform comes with a lot of out of the box functionality, to deliver custom development workflows and process would take ...

Kentico CMS (Enterprise License)
What do you like best? The admin interface provides a vast array of tools for making and configuring things, and it is pretty easy to use. There are a large number of tools for building social functionality into your site like forums, chats, etc. There are built in tools for multi-language support. It plugs into a google translate API that allows you to make a translated copy of a page with the click of a button. Since it is a copy of said page you can edit and polish the translated ...

Easy to use. User friendly.
What do you like best? When doing updates, or creating new pages, I love that changes are not live on the web like our previous web site. I can be very independent and do a lot of thing without requiring help. To be able to connect to Kentico on the web, anywhere, anytime, on any computer. What do you dislike? Error messages happen a lot when staging, but Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it! It's easy to learn how to use it. Easy to use. What ...
