Ease to use and lots of functionality

What do you like best? Part of my job is to teach our clients how to login and make updates within Kentico. I like that you do not have to be a developer to edit content, add blog posts, move pages, etc. Kentico is very easy to learn. I also like the reporting you can create in Kentico to easily keep track of form fills. What do you dislike? I sometimes have issues with the Impersonate feature on Kentico. What do you like best? It is easy to create simple content and easy to explain to a non-frequent user how to edit existing content. What do you dislike?
