An excellent CMS
What do you like best? This software is highly customizable, and can be tuned to just about any business need. I think the ability to have content hierarchies along with categories are the biggest business value for us. This is compared to other CMS's, where everything is a flat hierarchy of different pages, maybe with related pages. The API is also super easy to use from a coding perspective. What do you dislike? It can be cumbersome to manage. Updates We have ours deployed ...

Kentico handles big page count sites with ease
What do you like best? We use Kentico 12 Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern and I love how it is able to create content widgets that we can use in several places without reconfiguring the content like you have to to the portal version. K12 is easy to learn and was a great upgrade from the K9 version we were usig previously. What do you dislike? It is not a dislike but it does take time to learn the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern as it is far more ...

A complex CMS with some good benefits
What do you like best? The functionality of this system is pretty good and it has great potential to be able to do more - email marketing, lead scoring, customer profiling etc. It’s easy to move things about and find what you’re looking for. Once you get to grips with it, I think it's a really good system and once we get more involved with the additional features, will be a great asset. What do you dislike? We have the MVC version which doesn’t have a lot of the features it promises ...

The best content management system on the market
The user interface is very easy to use. I've worked with several other products where the UI is not intuitive. Great price point with great feature set. Kentico is jumping ahead of other web content management systems by listening to their customers and implementing features for end users and adding full MVC and . NET Standard and .NET Core support.

With the right developer, Kentico is a great tool
What do you like best? The WYSIWYG is great for less tech-savvy staff. What do you dislike? Sometimes Kentico can be slow on deploying code fixes, upgrades and sister software (such as Cloud/Kontent). In the backend, one huge frustration is the drop-and-drag only option for moving content items in the tree. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great tailored, aggregated content delivery, filtered search, taxonomy/tags and lots of ...

It can really do everything, and continues to be the best to develop in
What do you like best? I love Kenticos easy development system in it's Custom modules, we have been able to make complex systems that customers can easily manage. The API is stellar and the new MVc page builder has made making wysiwyg interfaces for editors simple, clean and easy. What do you dislike? Only thing is Kentico is moving out of the lower cost s&b market so it's becoming not an option price wise for smaller clients What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
