Can’t live without it!

What do you like best? I feel lost if I don’t have access to Keeper! It carries important info for me and my whole family as well as specific sensitive documents which I can access at a moment’s notice. What do you dislike? Frankly I must say I dislike the USD cost of it. Being Canadian, it makes it approximately 35% more expensive. It is the only app that I would even think of paying that much for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Sooooo Many Passwords

What do you like best? I have an immense number of passwords. Without an option such as Keeper, I would be lost. I particularly like the ability to share passwords with my wife. What do you dislike? I would like an option to save “membership” cards as well as payment cards, perhaps even in a separate section. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As noted, I have a ridiculous number of passwords, including some for work which must be ...

What do you dislike? Breach watch is less useful and costly addition What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to have keeper create secure 128 bit passwords is critical in today’s society where cyber security is a concern

Not sure how I got along before Keeper...

What do you like best? All of my passwords are in one place and they (mostly) auto populate when I am logging into various accounts. I like that my team and I have access without a ton of juggling - it's all in Keeper. What do you dislike? It doesn't always work with my browsers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Our tech guy reviewed the many alternatives and chose this one for having the highest security levels. It's been easy to use. What problems are you ...

Excellent password keeper, earns its name

What do you like best? I most like the way it works between different devices and programs. What do you dislike? Prompts a little too often to fill in for you and doesn't recognize when the password is filled in already. Recommendations to others considering the product: For individual use, it is above par. Easy to setup and use across all devices and desktops. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to use longer, more ...

My favorite password manager

What do you like best? I was easily able to import all of my existing passwords from Chrome and Firefox. I also love how it easily allows me to update the passwords for sites. The family plan has allowed me to add my wife and we are easily able to share passwords for sites like Netflix, Hulu and HBO since we don't have individual accounts for these sites. What do you dislike? I wish there was an offline mode for the desktop version so if I were to lose internet connectivity I could ...

Great Password Manager at a Reasonable Price

What do you like best? Keeper does a great job of creating secure passwords for a variety of accounts. Their commitment to security has been great. We have only experienced a very short outage in years of usage so their availability can be counted on. Keeper has been fantastic for shared accounts of which we have a lot. Their sales team is great and was easy to work with. Pricing is very competitive and reasonable. What do you dislike? The UI is a bit old school. Keeper did a good ...

Simple and Secure

What do you like best? I am the Data and Systems Manager for my firm. I am also a mother, a wife, and the daughter of aging parents. Through the course of a week I touch a LOT of systems, and Keeper remembers every single one of my credentials. I love the way I can structure the accounts into folders. House - Parents - Work - Kid1 - Kid2. It really makes it easy to keep things organized, and Global Search makes it easy to find every account. What do you dislike? I don't have a need ...

I tell everyone

What do you like best? Most user friendly and easiest without being intrusive. What do you dislike? Keeper is great. I dislike that I have so many passwords. Recommendations to others considering the product: Works perfectly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping passwords, account numbers, reward numbers (hotel, airline, etc.), membership numbers, rep numbers, product keys and serial numbers updated and accessible for ...
