Great tool but annoying upgrade messages
What do you like best? Fairly easy to set up and compatible browser add ons work well. What do you dislike? Im a paying customer however i keep getting very pushy annoying upgrade messages. Stop bothering me! No i dont want business, family upgrades and yes my files will stay unprotected. I just need this as my personal password manager. Thanks At the same time I don’t get reminders about changing my master password which is of course a great risk. Anyone breaks that will have ...

Easy, simple, all in one solution for passwords.
What do you like best? I like the mobile app with facial recognition ability, the regular website and chrome extension features of this program. I also like that it will suggest a password, and it can be customized to a particular site PW requirements. What do you dislike? A nice feature would be if there’s a particular password I haven’t used or looked up, it would signal me to review it to see if I still need it and/ or close that account. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great for standard password handling superb for advanced users
What do you like best? Overall easy to use, but the real power as a developer is the command line tool and the python SDK that make everything password related a breeze to handle. Also great for administrators and collaboration between administrators and developers. What do you dislike? There is really nothing I have found that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have any use for customizing scripts or apps, or if you need a password manager to ...

Best app out there for password storage
What do you like best? I started with the free version then upgraded to the paid version! Worth every penny! One password give you access to all your passwords, and it's accessibel from a pc also. One of my fav apps and recommend it to all my friends. What do you dislike? Nothing really, it's easy to use, and once you enter the passwords, they are easily accessible What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everything these days requires a ...

Not as happy as I could be
What do you like best? It is easy to add accounts, modify them at need and organize them into a clear and comprehensible structure. What do you dislike? The user interface is not as intuitive as it should be. I look to a password manager to be my expert aid in navigating the dangerous world we now inhabit. Keeper does the basic management functions but does not aid me in suggesting how I might stay ahead of the bad guys. It also does not help with other related needs such as, doing ...

Easy to use and gets better as time goes on
What do you like best? Syncing across phone and desktop seamless. Multiple ways to access the fill method on destop (pop up button/right click>fill) What do you dislike? As with any password manager, at the start is the hardest part. Inputting or changing all your passwords to be more secure was tedious. Keeper makes it as easy as possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bought it for personal use, but it has crept in to my work ...

Beats all others hands down
What do you like best? GUI (Simplicity), security (encryption), backup and most importantly the ability to access from multiple devices What do you dislike? In the more than five years that I have used the tool. I have yet to come across one point that I dislike Recommendations to others considering the product: One of the most productive and reasonably priced tools that I have used in a long while. Secure, simple, easy to backup and access from multiple devices What problems ...

Thank god for this one
What do you like best? I love that its all in one cross-platform app and the ability to create folders and organize it much better than past password apps I tried. What do you dislike? its difficult for it to pick up proper fields such as challenge questions and also on some sub-pages of bank websites lets say, it recognizes them as a new login and store that. Recommendations to others considering the product: make it recognize more security questions etcc. What problems are ...

Easy to use and good value for money
What do you like best? Sharing passwords with multiple users securely, and no longer having to use insecure spreadsheets to manage. What do you dislike? Using on iPad is awkward as the app times out very quickly so switching between Keeper app and other apps often means logging into the Keeper app several times just to log into one service. My iPad is an old one without a fingerprint reader so this is clunky for me. On iPad, entering the master password is annoying as, if I type it ...

The best password manager for our needs
What do you like best? Keeper is "zero knowledge" - they can't leak our secrets because they don't know them. Anyone who wants our secrets has to steal them from us, or break Keeper's crypto. I also like the fact that Keeper offers coverage for the devices we use and a "vanilla" web interface as well. We don't have to manage synchronisation - their cloud does that. Keeper makes sensible use of any 2FA that's built in to a device, while offering the option to use generic ...
