So far my passwords have been safe
So far my passwords have been safe. The menu is a bit confusing. Impossible to speak to a real person on the telephone when I have had a question. Annoying pop ups when entering which give me the option of spending even more money or "remaining unprotected". Does make me wonder if I am wasting my money.

Easy to use once it has been set up
Easy to use once it has been set up. Generating a new password can be tricky especially when starting new item.
