This is an excellent password manager
This is an excellent password manager. I use it across IOS, Android, and Windows platforms seamlessly. The family function is fantastic. The sharing feature is a life saver to keep passwords secure and organized between my wife and myself. I don't use the plug-in personally to populate user names and passwords. I prefer to use copy and paste rather than have a plug-in access my keeper database and populate sign-in information automatically. I have some circumstances where I need to use ...

App can be better
Nice Product with all the essential features but app can be better. Syncing is slow and UX/UI of app is not that much good. It serves the purpose but can be better.

Basic customer service
I don't know how it happened but somehow I seemed to have multiple accounts running concurrently. I has queried this before but found years later that they still existed and I was being charged multiple times although I want using them. Your systems should pick up accounts not being used when they're are multiples at least and query whether the owner intended for it to happen, basic customer service. One would think blind Freddy could work that out, instead of charging hundreds of dollars ...

In a world with passwords for…
In a world with passwords for everything, this has been a life-saver. The chrome plug-in and app on the phone make it so easy to log-in with the mirade of passwords needed. Also really loving the Breachwatch feature letting me know of any compromised passords. So happy to have Keeper.
