I use Keeper almost every day

I use Keeper almost every day. I use it to store hundreds of passwords. Customer service is top notice. They’re quick to respond and have always fixed my problem. I’m confident my data is safe and protected. You can enter a website, along with password/log on info, and go directly to the site from the app. Highly recommend. Probably my favorite app—certainly the most used.

I've really enjoyed using Keeper. Once you become accustomed to the app, its really easy to make it an essential part of your workflow. I am now totally dependent on it for accessing the numerous accounts that I use. I am not sure what I would do without it....

Good app, user friendly but expensive

Browser extension is buggy, unsecure.

Browser extension is buggy, unsecure. It is totally unable to recognise a number of login settings despite being set and reset and number of times. Constantly publishes my passwords as usernames openly.

Best Password/Record Keeper

We have been using Keeper for about 4 years now and love it. It is so easy to share records which avoids duplicate and incorrect information. It meant for websites but you can use it for any records as there is a notes section. As for customer service, I have only needed to contact once. I received the annual bill which I paid but forgot it was an Apple subscription so I paid twice for one year. Buggy Product, Bad Customer Service, Nasty

Very shady company with bad customer support. Through my school I was offered a 2-year promotion to buy their personal password security keeper. What a mistake. I can't be more sorry and am in the process of filing a complaint with my credit card company and state consumer protection agency. I first started having issues last weekend after they pushed an update to the Firefox browser extension. I could not login to any website because the extension update they pushed was broken. Annoying and shady biz practices

I purchased a year family plan and regret it ever since. It is extremely annoying that Keeper cannot maintain sessions and you have to re-login constantly in browsers and applications alike.When I complained and wanted a refund I was told that after 30 days you are stuck with them for a year. My mistake...so make sure you sign up for a monthly license until you are sure you are OK re-login all the time.
