Stop asking me to pay for my service again
I have paid for my acct two different years only to have them hound me to pay, called customer service and the correction didn’t stick. Very irritating

Good product, overly aggressive marketing
I’ve subscribed to Keeper Password Manager for years, and I like and trust the product. My reason for only 4 stars: Keeper aggressively pushes its other products at you even when you consistently opt out. I have accidentally purchased a product I didn’t want because I wasn’t paying attention. This is a poor and objectionable user experience.

Keeper has become my go to place for storing all important things. I also store unimportant things because then I know where to find them. It’s easy to use, organize and retrieve everything I have. Thank you keeper!!

Been using Keeper since 2015, what can I say super happy with it because one master password to remember the rest it does for me. I will say the changes I have seen over the last five years have been something when I first subscribed I was really leery about it was not open to the idea. Of storing passwords in the cloud but I eventually opened to it and for the price, I am happy with what I get the one thing I wish it had not as a cost was scanning passwords for known breaches but overall ...

I needed to update my email address on…
I needed to update my email address on my account and move all the passwords to the new account. I called the customer service line and they were able to move everything over to the new email address. It was very slick and they were extremely helpful.
