I love this App
I love this App! I have so many different passwords that I know I would forget if not for it! It's so easy to use and I've never had any negative issues with it. I feel safe and secure knowing that I have this App!

Deleting Folders
I got a problem in deleting folders, then I sent email in Mar2020 for help. I received reply email which could not help in solving the problem. Nobody made follow up sction, uptill now, the problem still hang over there.

Feedback
I would like to speak with someone rather than just renew. I believe that last year I paid significantly more than I needed to as I don't need additional features. I don't use chat. This was a great app when I first began using it however it is becoming more expensive each year
