Really complicated to set up, annual fee is autorenewed unless you stop it, spent 30 minutes and about 10 e-mails today trying to access my account - and when I did finally get in I was staring at a shopping cart trying to upsell ... might be a good service but the customer journey is appalling

I used LastPass for years and am glad I switched to Keeper. Much better integration with what I do, faster, and more modern too.

With the last update.

With the last update, Keeper app now launches in portrait mode instead of landscape mode on my tablet as it did when I originally purchased Keeper. I addressed this with Keeper and many months later I am still waiting for the fix. This issue is occurring on all my Android tablets. I am now convinced that Keeper could care less about fixing what they broke. Shame on them! Best Password Manager I Have Tried

This is a very straightforward, secure way to save your login and password. I have never had a problem with it. Highly recommended.

Great, easy to use every-day companion.

I cannot really compare with other PM software but Keeper is easy to use and my life is a whole lot easier since I stopped keeping my passwords in random insecure places or re-used the same ones everywhere. Everybody should be using PM and I don’t think you’d regret using Keeper at all.

I love this app

I love this app. It is very useful. I keep my personal, business, husband’s, and mother’s passwords on it and can keep them separated. I like that when a password is changed it changes on all my devices.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like having the ability for all users to utilize a 2-factor authentication. We made it clear to allow the sharing of doc passwords, which ensures security for documents. It also makes the docs a lot simpler to manage. Keeper allows users to include fields so we can teach employees in using random answers to questions asked by site. Those answers can then be utilized in housing answers in custom fields. I can't explain some of the criticism I've read about this product but I find it extremely useful, very secure and above all, convenient. I've stored more than 30 sets of credentials in this app and can readily access any of these in a couple of seconds. More importantly, I've been able to greatly increase the length and complexity of passwords e.g., to include a host of special characters, because I no longer have to remember those passwords nor do I have to write them down.
