Keap has helped me to grow my business…

Keap has helped me to grow my business in ways I could not have imagined. Being a solopreneur it has given me ways to automate my sales and marketing that have made me feel like I have other employees helping me out. I honestly can't imagine running my business without it.

Having issues logging into…

I have been having issues logging into Infusionsoft the past 2 days. The page says “ We were unable to connect your Infusionsoft ID to your account. Please contact support at 1-866-800-0004.” Every time I attempt to login. So I called in multiple times and completed the same steps: reset password twice, cleared my cookies, tried to login in through incognito mode, i reset my computer twice and then i was sent a new user link which was the only temporary fix. however after waiting 1 hour for ...

Great customer service

I’ve called Keap tech support many times through the last few years, and I always get the problem fixed with the Keap tech helping me out. I appreciate that I can call and I talk with a knowledge person and not deal with emailing for tech issues.

Keap is a wonderful program. But, what makes this company stand out are the tech people they hire to always help if you run into an issue.They are sharp, kind and so willing to do whatever it takes to make things work.

After entering the workforce again…

After entering the workforce again since being a stay at home mom for 13 years, I have received training and support from Keap. Anyone I have dealt with has been nothing but kind and supportive. I would highly recommend using their support staff any day.

A needed help with a matter

A needed help with a matter. This customer service rep did not know the answer. I emailed her the info which I believe she forwarded my inquiry to another department . I never heard back. I sent a follow-up email, I did not get a response.

The customer service representative was…

The customer service representative was knowledgeable and very helpful. He quickly found a solution to my problem, apply the fix and waited on the phone until I re-booted and made sure it worked. Could not be any happier!
