Infusionsoft by Keap has been our…

Infusionsoft by Keap has been our agency goto for 10 years. Why? Customer service. I can pick up the phone and access a team of support agents who have solved literally every issue we've ever had setting up campaigns with the app - and we do some pretty next-level stuff. Their team has been polite and accommodating regardless of the issue. Great people to work with.

I enjoy setting up campaigns in Keap…

I enjoy setting up campaigns in Keap and working with this program in general. I do not at all like the chat option for assistance. It is too slow. The phone option for assistance is better but often the hold time is prohibitive.

Client abuse - did not respond to emails

They have not replied to my 3 emails requesting GDPR data deletion brought about from daily spam from their users. Ideally, they would have the ability to simply to be put on a ban list to prevent their users from abusing email campaigns for spam. As a manager of a business I would not use this company as their adherence to GDPR is deplorable.

I Love KEAP

I Love KEAP. Whenever I call Customer Service, I am always treated with not only kindness, bit respect, and my sense of humor is met with the same. My questions are thoroughly researched and answered, and people invariably go above and beyond. The last representative I spoke with stayed on the line with me well after the call center closed, since we had had technical difficulties, and really helped me to understand how to use the software the way I wanted to.I have never had such ...

Impressive! Keap is a "Keaper" :)

Keap has thought things through exceptionally well from "the newby's" point of view such that they are taking care of you before you even start. I say this because they introduce themselves right away, set me up with a getting started private tutoring session! Imagine! With a live person -> one-on-one appointment on Zoom. They are ready to teach you and to help you set up - but that's not all! There are getting started tutorials(videos) which you can take at your leisure PLUS HELPFUL ...

Keap Has Helped Us Tremendously

I am a very happy user of Keap and the best part of the system for us is the automation. We have many different campaigns that use texting and emails and Keap is always there when I have questions on how to make it work. One of the best parts of having Keap is their customer service. We highly recommend them.

Live customer service, yay!

Live customer service, what relief. I have been a subscriber for over two years now and one of the main things I like about it is the availability of help. Calling customer support and getting a person is worth the price of the service. There is a steep learning curve and they really try to onboard you in a helpful way but if you don't use it for a while, it's easy to forget some specifics and knowing I can call and get help makes the service a stand out for me.
