She made sure I had the right key
I had to set up my authorize.net configuration on another site and Jessica confirmed what she was telling me with none of her associates to make sure I had the right transaction Key from Infusionsoft so I wouldn't have to recreate a key in Authorize.net. I was impressed with how she stayed with the question until she was 100% sure I had the right set of numbers.

I’ve really liked the product and it has gone well, clearly it’s taken me a long time to understand it and there are some options I think it is missing(I’m sure every CRM has that) but the reason for the 5 stars is for the customer support, I’ve called about a million times and call lines are short, people are super helpful and honestly just good people!

This is a unique team of tech support people who have all the answers, convey them articulately, teach with patience and warmth, and manage to de-stress any question I present to them. I stay with the Infusionsoft team
I stay with the Infusionsoft team, even with the name changes because it's best overall solution for in this crowded field. All products have limitations but I've found that the consistency here trumps a few missing bells and whistles.

KeapPro is the best CRM on the market.
Keap is absolutely the best CRM out there. (I've tried five!) It is clear and easy to understand, easy to set up, and powerful beyond measure. It makes it easy to run targeted broadcasts and custom campaigns, with only a small learning curve.I even use it for accountability (like reminders to send gifts for those who send me referrals) and task lists.Managing referral and client pipelines and processes has never been easier--and the more you use it, the more fine-tuned it becomes.
