I have to admit I'm not a techie

I have to admit I'm not a techie, but somehow the software is very forgiving and with the very patient help of Judi Miller who walked me through the process. I will always be grateful to Judi and the company in general for giving me the opportunity to become better organized and be a better communicator with potential clients and become more efficient at the same time.

Just like any platform there is a…

Just like any platform there is a learning curve. It just seems that when I joined Keap there were a lot of changes and updates being made and I feel slightly in limbo. My service design consultant, Jennifer White, is AMAZING!! I literally would be lost without her support. I understand things may be difficult during this time so I can understand if things are in flux. Infusionsoft is an amazing program

Infusionsoft is an amazing program. It is important to understand that one must put in a lot of time to learn the in's and out's of this program, to really appreciate its' power. There is one thing you should know and that is if you are willing to put in the time to learn how to apply this platform, the community of support is like no other. We paid THOUSANDS for a broken system that never worked

We endured their high-pressure sales funnel and got suckered into a deluxe $250/mo platform and a $750 training/integration plan. We were made to sign a 1-year contract. After hearing this, we said to our sales guy that we were a small business just starting out, and what if it doesn’t work for us. “If it truly doesn’t work for you, you’ll be able to get out of the contract.” This was told to us verbally and my biggest mistake was not getting this in writing.
