Awful awful experience with Keap

Awful awful experience with Keap. The software is fine when using it but if you try to leave they make it excruciatingly difficult. Very hard to find out how to cancel. When you do the form won’t work (error message). It says you have to get a call back in order to cancel - wth?! All the while they are charging you. Eventually got hold of someone via live chat who said someone would call me back. Didn’t get a call for over a week (still being charged a fortune). Hideous hideous company. Avoid!

Not so great for a larger-scale operation or a larger company

Keap is a system we use for our e-commerce email campaigns - the integration for payments and automatic billings works very well. However, not everyone at the company uses it; there are only a few key players as it's complicated to learn. However, it is easy to use once you've taken the time to do the training. I like Keap a lot

I like Keap a lot. It is much better than my previous CRM. With that being said, I think their automation and broadcast options are bulky, and overly complicated. Their customer service is solid though.

I feel like the applications and…

I feel like the applications and instructions are meant for programmers which I am not. I find the terminology confusing or I often don't know what the instructions mean so I become frustrated. The instructional videos are too long with a lot of chit chat I really don't have time for.

Honestly, I love it

Honestly, I love keap and recommend it to everyone I know (who has some budget for a CRM). For me, I joined before I really had teh budget for it... and I'm glad I did. I love having everything in one place, and very simple to navigate. I send one of emails, its conencted to my gmail for ease. Inttegrated with my calendar for easy booking of appointments. Does quotes, invoices & recurring payments... connected with a contacts record. For me, its got it all.
