Fabulous Product!

I have been a longterm Infusionsoft, now Keap user. It's a robust system that allows me to really understand my customers' buying cycles. The upfront effort of learning how to use the system is worth the effort. Potential clients tell me that my emails look professional and, most importantly, my campaigns convert prospects into paying clients. I enthusiastically recommend Keap!

I wish I had switched to Keap a long time ago. I’ve been able to incorporate 3 services that I was paying separately for and have it all work so well together. The email campaigns are a breeze to set up and the on boarding guidance I received was excellent. Having the email service attached to my client communication and invoicing is allowing me to manage my business in ways I never thought possible, giving me total control. This software is a Keaper!

I spent a lot of time researching different software to help me streamline my business processes and Keap was the winner! I was looking for a product that could help me save time and increase sales and it has done both. I have been very happy with Keap

I have been very happy with Keap. In the beginning it was difficult to figure out but once I got a campaign or two put together it became really easy and made my life easier to having emails on auto pilot.

Easy Peasy

In June I had a demo on Keap. It has been everything that they said it was. Easy to use to say the least. I missed the video's showing how to do everything and set up an appointment. Even without the video's I was able to easily set up my profile. I had even accomplished mass emails.

The WORST customer service + email systems experience

I have been with Keap for 9 months.And it was the absolute worst nightmare.Their systems collapse regularly. The customer service by chat is absolutely useless - except for one or two individuals with some quality that got lost in there.And the higher level of customer satisfaction management are the MOST incompetent (and/or powerless) I have ever seen in any company I worked with.
