What do you like best about Kato? The best thing about Kato is that you can connect to the data wherever it lives to explore the data with amazing visualizations. The next best thing is that you can easily publish and share easily within or outside the organization. This becomes very powerful with this amazing tool and the insights that it offers is great.

Horrid experience
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? the customer support was great (a little hard to understand) but good overall, until They did not do what they promised and I asked for a refund and they went from replying within 10 minutes to currently I haven't heard back from them in 2 days! What aspects are problematic or could work better? the overall website is clunky and hard to use, they gave me a test demo of a marketplace I planned to design Through their service and then ...

PROS: the customer support was great (a little hard to understand) but good overall, until They did not do what they promised and I asked for a refund and they went from replying within 10 minutes to currently I haven't heard back from them in 2 days!
