There aren't so many functions that you can get lost or confused when putting together your inventory, products, recipes, etc. What do you dislike about Katana Cloud Inventory? I wish there was a more robust CRM piece. Very easy to integrate into your business

PROS: Their customer support is superb. Every inquiry is resolved immediately. It also has a very user-friendly interface, making it easy to understand and navigate. CONS: I hope there could be a dashboard overview just so we can see all aspects in detail.

A good tool to use for small businesses

PROS: If you need advanced inventory control, this is the perfect choice for your small business. CONS: If mobile access is integrated, it will be 100 times better.

Ease of use and easy integration

PROS: The interface is simple and self-explanatory. From the on-set, you can already see the main categories: sell, make, buy, stock, items, contacts, and settings. You can also keep track of the status of your order as it is color-coded. Assigning tasks to other co-workers is also smoother as you can see which tasks are assigned to whom. CONS: The price is quite high, especially for small companies. I hope they can offer a lower rate for us.
