Intuitive UI, terrific customer service

What do you like best? I love that it is cloud-based, and their customer service is terrific. I have the mobile app on my phone and table but don't use it as much as I thought I would; I mainly use the desktop version. What do you like best? Kashoo had cloud-based accounting down to a T long before competitors got their act together in that regard, and we've been loyal customers ever since. Best online accounting software I've used

What do you like best? Kashoo is amazing for managing the books for our 3 intertwined businesses. Balancing statements, tracking taxes and overall bookkeeping is so simple and user-friendly. And when it comes tax time my accountant can just log in and access all the info he needs. What do you dislike? I have noticed that when I remove a transaction that involves 2 bank accounts, the system doesn't remove it from both bank accounts "statements". (hopefully that made sense) ...

What do you like best? Easy to use interface. Easily enter and track my expenses, create invoices, collect payment. What do you dislike? No estimate feature - create and estimate then convert it to an invoice would be so helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
