"Loved It!!"
What do you like best about Kaleyra? I liked the user interface of the application. Application is very easy to use and prices are affordable. I liked the flow builder in the voice channel were we can easily build without any IT help. What do you dislike about Kaleyra? The approval rate is quite complicated for WhatsApp and Google business channels. "Good price, not-so-good delivery effectiveness"
What do you like best about Kaleyra? Used it in early phases when the number of users was less. The decision was based on pricing primarily - relatively cheap compared to prominent brand-name alternatives. Also, the Account Management team was proactive (we had a dedicated Manager) when it came to assisting in delivery issues, and payments, What do you dislike about Kaleyra?
