Great user experience for students
I have been a member of Kajabi for nearly one year. They have an amazing platform to build an online course, and the user experience for the student is probably the best in the industryI cannot give them five stars since they are quite expensive as a service, and sometimes their customer support is sloppy. Interface is a bit complicated for…
Interface is a bit complicated for simple courses. The website/homepage set up is overly complicated and tutorials are overkill. Also, we really need a way to automatically cap enrollment.

I love Kajabi but...
I love Kajabi, but to be honest, I am finding a bit difficult to justify the investment.I find it a bit expensive for the value it gives us.For instance, i still have to maintain the email platform because there is a lot that Kajabi doesnt give.Also the design in the blog section is very very poor. Also I was still not able to attach my domain to it...So a lot of challenges Im having that make me think if that was really a good choice.Sorry for my honesty but I think it is good for you to ...

Community Product needs an Upgrade ASAP!
This platform has been the only way my business has been able to survive since the Pandemic hit. So I really am grateful! However... I'm disappointed by the Community Feature -- this is absolutely ESSENTIAL with an online course platform. We have had to use Facebook (which many people don't want to support) and lost members because they don't want to create a Facebook account. Kajabi‘s a course creator‘s / Online…
Kajabi‘s a course creator‘s / Online entrepreneur’s wet dream come true. All Things connected, all in one place. Beautiful effortless designs. Enough freedom to be creative, enough control to be functionable. The only thing I regret, is that it took me four year’s to convince myself to a higher investment in my web appearance. But now I finally have arrived and feel home.
