I really want to like this platform
I really want to like this platform, but it's very difficult to navigate, especially with the competing demands of running a business. In addition, the online community is full of arrogance and sarcasm when reaching out for assistance. Speaking of assistance, I posted a request regarding help with setting up a membership site. Smooth, simple and professional
What do you like best? The recording is simple and the output is consistent. There are options to include an mp3 of your content as well as transcript and downloads. What do you dislike? I have not even begun to explore all the options Kajabi has but I think it has everything I need. I am currently trying to convert everything to Kajabi so it is all in one place. Any time I have needed customer services it has been a amazing!

LOVE LOVE LOVE KAJABI and refer to all of my clients. The only thing I wish was a little more intuitive and sophisticated is the email marketing. Being able to AB test within a funnel and schedule pipeline emails for specific days/times, rather than '2 days after event etc'. Other than that...loving the platform! Thank you!

Kajabi is good, but no platform is perfect
Kajabi is good, but no platform is perfect. It has its quirks, but it's evolving, users can provide feedback, and the support on the whole is good. It was a good move for us and i'm happy on the platform.

The membership platform is brilliant but otherwise underwhelming
I love the membership platform but am underwhelmed with everything else. Sales page and sign up page conversion rates have fallen compared to other platforms and the email needs a lot of improvements to be positioned as an alternative to Active Campaign. I am looking to move to an alternative platform.

Simple, straightforward and powerful
Loving how simple and straightforward Kajabi is. I was able to design my entire website on my own with no third party needed! I love how this one platform replaces so many third parties (ie. Mailchimp, etc). The pipelines are easy to create and promote to build your email list. When stuck, the help centre is very comprehensive with lots of relevant videos and posts. So far I’m really pleased with the experience ✨
