Huge issues with subscription that resulted in $500/month lost in revenue. Customers are unhappy with app and say it's hard to navigate and see notifications. There's also no notifications other than when I post and send out an email. There's also no way to stream live directly inside the membership like a Facebook group. Overall, ok with experience but really would like to see basic improvements to justify such a high cost. Not sure if this will be a long term product for me given the ...

Kajabi helped us get our business started.

I've enjoyed using Kajabi since I first started the 28-Day Hero Challenge - and made it to our first $1K. There are still so many features I could be using, I really like how intuitive and customisable it is. The tech and customer support has been incredible too and Kajabi University has become the new 'TV viewing' for me, whenever I have a chance to learn more, it's there.Looking forward to reaching the $100K mark.

Kajabi has almost everything I need to…

Kajabi has almost everything I need to run my membership site. All the bells and whistles. Except, I can't simply delete a member from the member segment without deleting him from the entire contact list. I have to use a workaround with tags. How is this possible? Other than that, Kajabi is amazing.

Easy to use, average design templates.

What I loveEasy to run, intuitive to build and easy to manageWhat I don’t loveDesign features are quite limited, yes you can drop in code but I’m not a coder. I don’t find the stock templates really look that sleek. Also don’t love device transferability of design E.g. doesn’t auto size a page to fit the screen off the device watched, meaning inevitably website looks good on some phone, not on others, likewise on computer.

I had my activation call this morning with David Otterson and it was just great. It was clear that he had spent some time going over my account and had on target recommendations I should consider. Golden Standard For Digital E-Courses

This is the best platform on the market. As other commenters may have mentioned, no software is 100% perfect, but Kajabi is pretty close.I have tried other platforms and many fell short with either their antiquated functionality or wanting to charge transaction fees for the sales on YOUR COURSES. Kajabi is definitely a one-stop-shop and is the golden standard for those that offer digital products, courses, & communities!
