I really enjoy Kajabi but would like to be setup with someone on the customer end side of things as I opened my account so that they could get a better understanding of how i'll be using it for my business and how Kajabi can help. I would have loved a 1:1 intro session to walk me through the things I need to know. I would also like for the sales pages and checkout pages to have more custom options that I can handle on my end. I like it!

Still finding my way around Kajabi and I like what I see. It's an 'all in one' and consolidating my website, course content, payment and lead magnet, etc., will make my life so much easier and productive, and result in a significantly better product for my customers. Had a really helpful Zoom meeting with a Customer Success Manager who answered all of my questions and more. Now to get populating fields and uploading materials.

I only purchased Kajabi because of the ability to have a FB-style group that I can offer my course subscribers in addition to the course itself (I don't want an FB group in FB).It's worth it to me because I want to offer that, but really, with the amount that I pay each month, I would expect a more developed product - there are some things that are annoying or just don't make sense (no redirect option? I paid for an entire year and had to switch back to self-hosted Worpress just after using Kajabi for a few months. Kajabi had ongoing performance issues, and the entire move to Kajabi, and back to my old system, plus all the sales I lost with the performance problems did cost me thousands of dollars... After every performance problem, the management posted into the Facebook group that they will find a way to compensate customers that lost money. But I didn't even get a refund for the months ...
