Great customer service

Since signing up for Kajabi, I have found their customer service to be amazingly helpful. I have enjoyed the video tutorials, the 28-day start up challenge-to get me acclimated to the system, and my welcome call with Alyssa. I have also used the live chat feature. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me!

Awesome Kajabi Support!

I'm in the process of setting up my first Kajabi course and offers. I had a load of questions and issues which I needed help with. Emily was amazing! - Her knowledge about Kajabi was superb and she was able to resolve every issue I had. What's more, she went beyond our allotted time to help me even further. This is the best service I have ever experienced from a company and I'm happy to recommend Kajabi the product and the support. Thanks Emily!

My first 1:1 with Sean was Great

My first 1:1 with Sean was Great! After explaining what my course was and how I want to reach my Tribe and support them on their journey, he gave me tips for building out my existing course, emailed me links for future use, (content & email marketing) which has now given me more ideas to incorporate into my course layout. Kajabi has made this Very Very Simple to create my online business! Thanks Kajabi!

Intro call with Faith

I had a call with Faith today. I almost canceled the call beforehand, because I was afraid of being too much of a tech beginner and feeling “stupid” as has been the result of past experiences with different companies. My experience couldn’t have been more opposite. Faith was so friendly and personable. She didn’t once make me feel incompetent. She was very encouraging, and at the same time, answered all of my questions and really got my wheels turning on what’s possible for me on Kajabi!

I had my first Succeed Call in Kajabi…

I had my first Succeed Call in Kajabi today with Will. He was extremely patient, helpful, and informative. I tend to be technology challenged and he made everything so clear and showed me step by step. I had all of my questions answered. Also solidified my decision to move totally to Kajabi! The best move for me, by far!

Great for Physical Businesses Adding Digital Learning

Kajabi has been a fantastic tool for our organization. When COVID-19 shutdown our indoor operations we were able to easily create high quality digital learning products for our community.Once restrictions were eased, Kajabi transitioned seamlessly into the mixed digital and in-person learning opportunities that we provide.Could not recommend this software enough.
