Lower star rating because upgrades to…
Lower star rating because upgrades to new platforms require complete website rebuild. There really needs to be a better support in keeping platforms updated to most current upgrades.

My sites have been so easy to manage…
My sites have been so easy to manage and when I had any trouble setting something up, they were always there to help. I recently reskinned my two sites..it was so quick and easy for me to do! So much easier than Wordpress!

Love Kajabi, but their checkout could be greatly improved. Wish they'd activate an option to disable the password requirements for visitors. Sometimes selling physical copies (e.g. books) can be challenging because visitors get confused when asked to create a password for a member area that's non-applicable. Conversion rates would significantly increase if the checkout strategy was better. Otherwise, Kajabi is amazing in every other way!

I love kajabi for its simplicity
I love kajabi for its simplicity. It has all the components I need in a site without having to source them all over - email capture, sales pages, blog, website, funnels... Once you get to know how things work, it’s quite intuitive. The only issues I’ve had were emails not showing up from an event. The problem was resolved by kajabi and works well now.

Customer Service is one of your Strengths…
Customer Service is one of your biggest Strengths, I have never had any issue not solved. Normally I look at the help center first to see if I find the answer and if I don't then I chat live with somebody at support. I also love that I get copy of the chat for future reference. You guys are awesome!

I love Kajabi!
I love Kajabi! It's robust, complete and easy to manage. Tutorials are precise and on point. The people are phenomenal and the improvements keeps coming. I could not be happier! I will grow with them.

Kajabi is so perfect
Kajabi is so perfect : it gives an amazing and very professional experience to your client , I have never seen such an efficient, caring and accessible technical support service, available at any time for any question . The number of products you can develop for such a price is really outstanding . It is so easy to use even for the non-techies !
