It is a great system
It is a great system. I am very pleased with it. It seems to know what course creators want and need when you are inside the system working. Which I suppose is the point. They have done a great job. It is better than any other CMS system I have ever used for online courses, that is for sure!

Great experience and awesome support
Great experience and awesome support, but there many issues regarding EU customers. It is all customed for US. So you need many work arounds.

I think Kajabi is really great
I think Kajabi is really great. What makes me withdraw a star is at the level of the checkout page which in my opinion is a little basic in terms of design and limited in these features such as taxes for example. This is Kajabi's great weakness. The upsell page is also a bit limited to create a nice upsell page. Everything else is really great. If one day Kajabi also adds the ability to do live webinars that would be great too.

It's too complicated and a lot of features that Podia offers you guys don't.It takes forever to set something up in Kajabi compare to Podia.

What I would like to see in the future
There are many good things about Kajabi when it comes to Analytics and reporting. Where it is lacking is in ease of use and having information at your finger tips. We have worked with both Cvent and CE Zoom and both of these platforms are much easier to work with. I find Kajabi to be a time sucker in where you can't get any information about a course, coupon, etc without doing a segment. I am used to seeing this information at a glance and would be great if we could do so. Also when ...

Kajabi has been a perfect choice for us
Kajabi has been a perfect choice for our new membership based business offering, When I set out to choose a platform all I was looking for was something to manage the new business offering what I didn't expect was that it would in fact save me money and speed up the marketing efforts for the whole business. The best ideas come from God
The best ideas come from God. Period. You were His idea and so was I. God gave me the vision for my Kajabi business nearly 10 years ago. And now, here I am launching and loving my business. Kajabi is by far the best tool out there for this. I wouldn't class myself as a tech-geek, and true I did get some help from friends to get off the ground with the tech bit. Amazing customer support from Kajabi!
Kajabi support has been amazing! From the instructional videos (very helpful), to the email customer support (got back to me very quickly), to the free one hour activation Zoom call where a 'real' person answered all my queries (this is after you've purchased a plan - fantastic idea!) Thank you to Ryan Luck for his amazing support!
