Fantastic support!
Since I've joined Kajabi I've been pleasantly surprised with the customer service and attention to their clients. The on boarding experience and the curated Help documentation is fantastic.

Activation Call
I had an activation call with Hillary and I was so impressed with her ability to share information and provide guidance and advice for next steps. She helped me to understand different aspects of the platform and the follow-up email she sent was incredibly thorough. The call left me feeling like the level of support with Kajabi is excellent.

I'm so glad I signed up for Access
I signed up for Access, and have 5 of my 6 sessions. They've been so invaluable. 3 of those sessions, I've worked with Will, who is a truly amazing human, who helped me complete my pipeline. I finally have a finished pipeline! Josh and Sean have also been amazing. I love Kajabi, and have already made some money from the beta version of my signature course. Now, I'm launching for real. I feel so prepared now for success!

I now have confidence In my ability to use Kajabi to build an online business
I just had a Zoom meeting with Hillary of the Kajabi customer success support team. In less than a hour she walked me through what I can get out of using Kajabi, why it’s important to me and how to create a product with multiple offers for that product. Hillary even introduced me to pipelines (Kajabi’s version of marketing funnels).This experience gave me confidence and inspired a clear vision for how I can proceed with developing my business online by creating digital products.

Got all but one question answered
Got all but one question answered, and I'm very happy with my experience. One of the things I admire most about the Kajabi experts that I've dealt with is that they are willing to tell me when they aren't sure about something. They confer with others in the company and get me the best information possible, even if that takes a day or two. I appreciate their thoroughness rather than telling me something is impossible from the start.

I had a one on one consultation with Ryan at Kajabi and it was a wonderful experience. He walked me through all the different features there website offers and gave me great insights and ideas as to how I can grow my business with their service. It was one of the best 45 minutes I've ever invested.
