Extremely disappointed- I’ve lost so much time and money
After 6 month of wrangling with this platform, paying thousands of dollars to others to do the same I'm actually ready to quit. This is not a good platform for a fitness/Yoga membership. There are so many more that are less expensive that look way better for the library format. I love Kajabi it has so many great…
I love Kajabi it has so many great features and its a one stop shop, however the cost is difficult to maintain when first setti g up a business especially with the restriction of 3 products on the basic level.

Chat help takes WAY to long and it…
Chat help takes WAY to long and it takes too long to get to someone with the experience you need to ask a simple question. Phone helplines are WAY more efficient! Time is money and the chat help takes forever. Also, I haven't been able to figure out: - how to manually add ppl to a course or to manually pick their start date. - changing the start date of an offer doesn't give you the option to back date it to all uses. - in a drip course it's not clear that emails are going be sent to uses ...

Very happy
Very happy! Using a new tool has a learning curve and it’s true with Kajabi, but there are so many things within Kajabi that I only have to learn once instead of once per platform. I like having everything in one spot.

I love Kajabi
I love Kajabi. It has everything I need in one place and was so easy to learn to use. They are constantly adding new features and making it even better. I would completely recommend it!

Excellent
I love that Kajabi is an all in one platform. But the thing that I will keep on paying for is their service and community. Whenever I have a question, the customer service is always trying to solve it and they are extremely polite. On the Facebook group, I can find a lot of answers to my question, and it's great to network as well!

Kajabi makes everything easier.
I used to use teachable and convertkit to sell my courses but with kajabi everything is integrated already so it's super easy and saves a lot of time.
