My experience at first with Kajabi was deep breaths and prayers as I stumbled thru setting up my home page and more. I selected Kajabi in order to avoid joining so many different needed service providers vital to creat, store, market, keep emails, manage click funnels. I am 75 and was in a giant learning curve. The bots ruin the experience of talking…
The bots ruin the experience of talking with an agent - I have been thrown off so many live chat boxes. Also my latest reason to get in ouch with Kajabi was massively over complicated, when it really didn't need to be.

Everything I need to expand my reach
I can stop paying for many pieces of my business -- email. scheduling, collecting payments, and marketing. That brings me so much peace of mind! Kajabi is a great tool to use
Kajabi is a great tool to use! The education is fantastic. It does so much to make it easier to launch, promote and house all our training programs.

I love the entire portal
I love the entire portal. It’s simple and if I can’t figure it out, the “Help/Support” videos are SUPER helpful. As far as the community section for my membership, I wish I was able to post videos in the community to give my members a customized video to enhance their experience with my membership. I like to giving morning motivation videos on the spot to keep them encouraged. Maybe this will be an added change to the community. Thank you for everything ❤️

Missing essential functionality
A lot of essential functionality missing - which I am surprised by for a leading course platform. If you plan to build a site using their drag and drop tools, expect a unoptimised site with a lot of compromises.I appreciate you can get things up and running quickly but I spent so long working around their limitations, especially as they spend more time trying to get you to upgrade to write code (which cost over 300USD a month), or hack together with CSS and JS and end up with an even more ...
