Amazing customer service

Derrick was super helpful with a customer call to learn about Kajabi and how I wanted to use it. Even though I had only couple questions he offered to go through and explore anything else I might like so that we could maximise the time we had opposed to answering questions and off he went. He showed me a few things that would be relevant for me I hadn’t thought of.

"I love Kajabi and I cannot lie"

What do you like best about Kajabi? It's done a lot of the work and thought for me. Every time I realize I need to add something to my business, I look it up in Kajabi and they already have a template or a built-in. Love it! What do you dislike about Kajabi? Not much. I have yet to find something Kajabi doesn't do well and when it doesn' t, they usually have a plug-in workaround ready for you. I had an outstanding Kajabi Access call…

I had an outstanding Kajabi Access call with my Customer Success Manager today. Although I only put one item on the agenda as I needed an immediate solution for that one thing, Will solved the problem so quickly, we had about 35 minutes left. So...he helped me solve about 4 more issues and I AM SO EXCITED! Thank you so much for always having capable advisors to walk me through to success!!!

It’s worth every penny!

One of the great things about Kajabi is their customer support. Not only do they have a great platform that provides everything I need to get my business up and running but they provide almost endless resources to learn how to use it. From FAQ articles and how to videos to live chats and they even offer an activation video call with a real person in real time to help you trouble shoot early issues and hit the ground running. It seems like a lot of money but it’s worth every penny!

Kajabi made easy with my navigator Will.

Thank you for your guidance and patience with navigating me through my Kajabi process.
