I had an on boarding call with Ryan today, and it was off the charts good. I've worked on a lot of platforms and talked with plenty of customer service folks from many very highly ranked services for websites, hosting, and email marketing. None of them, not a single one come close to the customer service that Kajabi offers. Not a single one. I realize this sounds a bit hyperbolic, but it is, in this case, actually appropriate. Love Kajabi Access Plan

I had a kajabi access call with Will and gained so much value and insight with structuring my pages, nurture sequence strategy, automations and more. He helped me gain a ton of clarity, validated some of my ideas and sparked even more ideas and we went through the call. Truly grateful kajabi offers this option with the Access Plan.

I had an onboarding call with Hillary Rubenfeld today. All the questions I had were answered in full, and the complicated aspects became less complicated once Hilary explained the process. The Best Service.

The Best Service. I had a 45 minute meeting today with Ryan and it was phenomenal. He was clear and specific with his answers and took time to go through the "why" and the "how" of the answers to my questions worked. He cleared up a lot of the gray area I had when it came to how my platform functioned and also took time to double check my work for how I set everything up. I'm honestly blown away. Christine did a brilliant job of helping me to clarify my strategy for my new site and online course, taking me carefully and methodically through every step of my pathway. Derrick was amazing

Derrick was amazing! He had read my answers to the pre-meeting questionnaire carefully and was great at talking them through with me. He gave me loads of resources and ideas and helped me to firm up the marketing strategy I could use to start promoting my new online course. He was also great at checking in with my understanding as her was explaining things to me (and there was a lot to explain!). Thank you so much.
