Customer Success Manager Taking Charge
I was collaborating with my Customer Success Manager to get my site live. An issue came up and my CSM Audrey took total control/responsibility and managed to get it sorted out and working. We were in a time crunch and I felt absolutely confident she would pull it together because of WHO she is when she is doing what she is doing. I am totally impressed and grateful for her time, efforts and compassion.

Great for online training and coaching business!
Kajabi has been great for my online training and coaching business. They are constantly adding new features - like a wonderful new Coaching Platform that helps me track where my clients are in their process. My programs look and feel so professional with their templates - and they were super easy to set up. Best of all, their Customer Support is AMAZING! Responsive, available, and so helpful - they stick with you all the way through till the problem is resolved.
