I love Kajabi!

Kajabi is great. They are always updating the backend with features and functions to make the experience easier and better for us and our students. Plus, customer service rocks! I've been using it for years for my courses and membership. You'll love the clean user interface for your courses!

Kajabi is excellent, love it!

It used to be better

It used to be better. Now it feels like the company is spread too thin, trying to do too much at the expense of doing less, much doing that perfectly. The customer service, for example, is now worse than it used to be.

Love it

Love it! The only thing I desperately want is the ability to copy a section from a webpage to another page... and maybe some gamification features. ;)

Holding out hope for email…

Holding out hope for email improvements.As a whole, I love Kajabi and am running a multiple 6-figure business as a Kajabi purist. But I'm *this close* to switching to a more robust email service provider. The inability to put a gif in an email (in a time when gifs get people's attention) and the fact that it's just a clunky experience coupled with the fact that my open rates are down (and understanding that I am not the only Kajabi user with lower open rates) leaves me hanging on by a thread.

I love Kajabi BUT there are 2 things...

I love Kajabi and I use it for almost everything in my business, but there are TWO things keeping me from giving it 5 stars.1. When someone opts into my list, Kajabi has a box that says, "opt in for marketing emails" - and if they don't click it, they'll be on my list but I can never send them emails. It would be much more preferable to be able to customize that box to make it sound more enticing than 'marketing emails' - which sounds like I'm going to barrage them with offers & sales.2. ...

The reason why I only give 3 stars…

The reason why I only give 3 stars instead of 5 is that you do not offer a payment option or payment service to integrate into Kajabi which gives customers the opportunity to pay with der giro card or usual bank card as europeans prefer. I still need to write bills and payment outside of Kajabi because of it.. that is the most important weak spot in Kajabi for all the people in Europe! You should definitaly work on this (paypal and kredit card is not sufficent!!!) as I asked for in several ...

It's easier to build pages with Kajabi…

It's easier to build pages with Kajabi than Clickfunnels or Kartra. However, your metrics are awful (cumbersome, limited, and disorganized), you don't have A/B testing of pages, your page countdown timer is useless (resorting to the events timer is also quite limiting), and the fact that you have to use a new stripe account instead of an already established stripe account is beyond annoying. Hence the score of three.
