One of the best support systems for an online platform

I am relatively new to Kajabi and online business in general. Of all the online platforms and everything I had to do to get the business off the ground, my experience with Kajabi has been the best. I am so glad to have found Kajabi right at the beginning of my online venture! It is truly the "All in One" platform I was looking for, they have great customer service and -literally- an explanatory video for any question you might think of!

Normally I'd say don't go for a product…

Normally I'd say don't go for a product that does everything. Better tie together a bunch of specialized products. But in the case of online courses and marketing, the Kajabi approach totally makes sense. Connecting marketing, funnels, mailing lists, lead magnets and the course itself really leverages all this information to great opportunities to sell your courses easier and provide more value to your customers.I am still building my first course and offer, and so far I am really happy ...

Our community grew from 0 members to allay 1000 members in 14 months. We’ve been using a membership program that is lacking bigly in many ways. Not only am I new to the online…

Not only am I new to the online platform, I often overwhelmed with anything IT. The platform is amazingly intuitive (if I can figure out the basics, anyone can) and my first support call with Josh J. not only put my fears to rest, but made me feel supported and heard. One very happy Customer :)

Alyssa made sure that she was knowledgeable about our business and our intentions before the call. She was incredibly courteous, supportive, and friendly throughout and asked questions to ensure a thorough understanding of what we needed. She was clear about what we should expect by way of support after the call and, as Kajabi newbies starting a new business with limited knowledge of creating an online presence, we feel incredibly safe with her as a support system.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, no refunds. I signed up with them at the beginning paying a monthly fee but being so expensive I switched to the yearly plan. I never used their service because i went through a lot of health issues. When I tried co cancel my plan they said I have to wait an entire year for this and that I cannot cancel, nor getting a refund for the remaining of the year. Their training is the worse and the platform is very difficult to figure out, on top of that they charge you a ...

I love using Kajabi for my courses

I love using Kajabi for my courses, book, and online products. It is very simple and intuitive and if I can't figure something out on my own their customer support is very helpful and knowledgeable.
